Scope of Services and User Rights

Payroli provides a set of enterprise software tools for outsourcing and automating corporate accounting, including the calculation of tax obligations, management of recurring payments, and internal audit of resources allocated to operational departments.

The user has the right to access the platform's functionalities according to the purchased subscription, to configure customized workflows, and to export reports in standard formats. Any use exceeding the declared purpose of the service requires prior written consent from Payroli.

User Obligations and Restrictions

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete data necessary for the operation of the TaxSync, RecurPay, and AuditCore modules. Entering incorrect or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of tax calculations and audit reports.

• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties is not permitted.
• Prohibition of attempting unauthorized access to the infrastructure or data of other clients.
• The user is liable for any damage caused by a breach of their own account security.

Legislative Updates and Compliance

Payroli periodically updates the tax rate databases and calculation rules to reflect legislative changes. The user is responsible for periodically checking the module version and applying available updates.

Limitation of Liability and Service Interruption

Payroli assumes no liability for direct or indirect financial losses caused by errors in configuring payment flows, delays in submitting tax declarations generated by the platform, or improper use of audit reports.

We reserve the right to suspend or interrupt access to the platform in the event of a serious breach of the terms, including but not limited to fraud, cyber attacks, or repeated non-payment of invoices. In such situations, the user will be notified in advance, except in cases of justified emergency.

Modification of Terms

Payroli may unilaterally modify these terms, with prior notice of at least 30 days. Users who do not agree with the changes may terminate the contract within 15 days of receiving the notification.

Termination of Use and Contact

The user may request termination of access at any time, provided all outstanding financial obligations are settled. After termination, stored data will be retained for a period of 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted, except for data required to comply with legal archiving obligations.
